learners in our school setting. Then
ask ourselves: What are the possible
ground rules in respecting and
valuing each other as different and
unique, but similar in some ways?

Conflict management

Understanding temperaments in
educators and learners can help us
identify different conflict styles and
how to manage and resolve conflict
in the classroom in a positive way.
The outcome is to create a safe zone.
